Hi, Shirley...me and my husband is so interested to join your breadmaking session..(thank God, there's one like this..!) though we're only available by July, (since we're out of the country by now..) please let me know your sched on that month. I SAW A STUDY ON TV THAT SAYS PER UNIT COST, USING ULING OR WOOD HAS THE SAME COST AS GAS, PLUS IT DAMAGES THE OZONE LAYER SO THEY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. IF YOUR BAKERY IS VERY SMALL AND YOU LIVE IN A FARM WHERE THERE ARE SCRAPS OF WOOD THAT YOU CAN SCAVENGE, THEN IT IS PRACTICAL TO USE THEM AS FUEL, BUILD A PUGON. HOW TO MAKE THE PUGON, ASK AROUND THE LOCAL BARRIOS, PLACES WHERE THEY USE THE TRADITIONAL WAY OF MAKING BREAD, HOPEFULLY YOU CAN FIND SOMEONE WHO CAN MAKE IT FOR YOU. HONESTLY, GAS IS STILL MORE CONVENIENT AND EFFICIENT THAN PUGON.

Hello,
I would like to sign up in your June class (22, 25 & 29). Can I just pay the fee on the first day of class? I don't have time to pay for the reservation fee since I am not in the country physically. I will be in the country around June 20. I know it's still early to sign up for that class but I just want to make sure that I will have a spot for the June class. Please let me know. Thanks.

gud day... i need help so taas ng gasul and mgas nowadays and everyday nagtataas parin, i was thinking na gumamit na lang kami ng pugon sa aming bakery but i dont have idea pano sisimulan ang paggamit ng pugon....pano po ba ito gawin and if ever pwede ba ipagawa ito sa ordinaryong gumagawa o kailangang profesional ang gumawa nito..and one more thing san ako kukuha ng kahoy....help : ) if mas matipid ito mas maganda ciguro umpisahan na namin ang pugon

there are a number of apartelles very near our place, in fact one is just a few feet away. text me when you have decided which schedule to attend so i can get their number for you. i can even arrange a class next year wherein you may finish the session in a week's time, not my usual every two day class.

my passion is also baking...in fact we do already have a small commercial baking business. i just would love to enhance my baking lessons and have to decide later if i will go to your place and enroll baking lessons. since i live in a far away palawan island, may know if there is available board and lodging in your place just until the lessons are over...thank you

ellah, i hope you were able to get through the website after our conversation, the place is in fairview, bk 5 lot 13 guijo st. north ridge budv. sta monica nova; before SM. most students who have come from cavite, batangas, bulacan and bataan have no problems finding the place just read the link how to get here and the sketch as well. nov. 11 14 and 16/ 7 thou. http://breadmaking.googlepages.com, sorry my cellphone and computer is off every friday sundown to saturday sundown so i missed writing this down for you. hope to see you!!!
