I MERGED PART 1 AND PART TWO OF THE BOOK SO THE LATEST VERSION WOULD INCLUDE THE SPONGE AND DOUGH METHOD WITH MANUAL MIXING, THUS THE CHANGE OF PRICE TO P2500.00. IT IS STILL CHEAP CONSIDERING THE FORMULA FOR EACH RECIPE IS DESIGNED FOR BOTH SMALL AND LARGE SCALE OPERATIONS. IF YOU ARE A HOMEBAKER, SCALE IT DOWN TO 300 GRAMS AND YOU CAN HAVE THE SAME QUALITY OVER AND OVER SINCE THE RECIPES ARE STANDARDIZED. JUST THE OTHER DAY, ONE OF THE TUTORIAL ENROLLEES ASKED MY PERMISSION TO USE THE BOOK AS REFERENCE FOR HER BAKING SCIENCE CLASS. I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THAT FOR AS LONG AS NO PHOTOCOPY OR PIRACY OF THE CD OCCURS FROM HER END. I ENVY THE FACT THAT SHE CAN TEACH A LARGE CLASS USING MY BOOK, I WISH SHE CAN MAKE BAKERS OUT THESE YOUNG MINDS SO I NEVER HESITATED GIVING HER A NOD. WHAT WORRIES ME IS THE COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT, I KNOW THIS IS POSSIBLE OUT OF THE FEW ONES WHO WILL BUY THE BOOK OR ENROLL IN THE CLASS, BUT I CAN ONLY SAFEGUARD MYSELF BY BLOCKING ANY INQUIRIES, FOLLOW-UPS, MEANING YOU CANNOT ASK ME ANYTHING ABOUT THE BOOK IF YOU ARE NOT A REGISTERED BUYER OR STUDENT. HOW DO YOU STOP PIRACY? NO IDEA.
